Where do your loyalties lie? We may be rather on the Dark side, but we welcome you all. Hogwarts students, Professors, Shopkeepers and elves, Death Eaters and Aurors and more!
Who will you choose to be...?

Our plot started after the 'Half Blood Prince' episode and is now at the beginning of the Deathly Hallows stage. We are following our own plot but it will have some canon parallels with the last book. We recommend you read all the books before roleplaying here, but you are not absolutely required to read last book beforehand, since we write our own plots. We would like to give you a general spoiler warning anyway.

Harry and Co. are 19 years old, meaning they are no longer students at Hogwarts, and the Wizarding World is becoming a Darker Place. People are still doubting Harry Potter and his popularity is flagging, but there is a race to find one of the Hallows and the remaining Horcruxes. What part will you play in our story? Please read along this side table to help you learn more about the site and the plotlines.

If you do not want to roleplay, you are still very welcome - but please do still read The Decrees first, then make your way over to the Witching Hour and join in with our OOC chat! You can also join in with our competitions and games, and our Duelling game too if you wish.

A very happy New Year to everyone and welcome to MMv3! We are now ready to start with our new 'main plot' that has finally been written. Please view the Plots section to read it.

We urgently need our spare roles and spare canons to be filled as soon as possible in order to make way with the plot. Please see Spare Roles for the list and choose your character! Remember you can have up to 3 characters at Malfoy Mansion once you are settled in with your 1st.

Duelling Arena - New!
Our Duelling game has opened back up and now in the non-rp section. Please check it out and have a practice duel to get familiar with the game!

The Secret Chamber and Weasleys' Game room are also now back open. The Secret Chamber is for members collecting Dark Favour and the Games room is for members collecting Bravery Bonus. Please remember to claim your points!

Please also note the merging of some sections and the new Godric's Hollow section.

Thank you to Admin's Retreat for Malfoy Mansion's first award which was proudly received in October 07!

We are now looking forward to the new HBP film, released in the UK on the 21st November! A new behind-the-scenes video of the HBP has been put in the Entertainment Room, so check it out!

Member Awards

Part I: 'Novus Universitas'

Lord Voldemort has taken over Azkaban, cloaking it invisible and turning it into a private base and training grounds for the Death Eaters. Meanwhile, the Ministry are failing to bring calm back to the Wizarding World and Harry is still refusing to help them. The Order are frantically recruiting and the trio are trying to persuade the Order to train up the DA to boost the Auror count and Harry's protection.

Voldemort is now seeking the Elder Wand and Harry is still yet to learn of the Hallows. Harry and his friends need to work quickly before it's too late and before Voldemort manages even more of a grip over the increasingly frail Wizarding World...

STILL NO SIGN OF POTTER
Despite a month of searching, there appears to be still no sign of The Boy Who Lived after his strange disappearance in the Hogwarts Fire. Aurors now believe that he is being held captive at an untraceable location and are looking into ways to reach the 'cloaked' Azkaban - but many fear it is too late and he is already hurt or, controversially, killed. His friend, Ginny Weasley, is also still missing.

Death Threats
It is been reported that Rufus Scrimgeour, the current Minister of Magic, has been receiving anonymous death threats. Investigators are trying to trace the origination of these but have had no success. Scrimgeour is said to be dismissing them as a mere prank and shows no sign of worry over them. This comes soon after he passed a Law that enables suspects of any crime to be held within the Ministry's underground prison for 20 days without trial. Ministry Spokewizards insist the two are not related. Currently there is no one being held in the temporary prison at the MoM.

Weasley's Farcical Fight
Wizard Wheezes are again in the headlines after a comical fight broke out outside the Hogs Head Inn, Hogsmeade involving George Weasley and the famous Quidditch player, Devlin Wilkes. Injuries were not fatal but sales of their business have been affected after recent events involving the Weasley Twins. Rumours are that they are suffering from depression after their sister went missing and cannot cope with their business. They are also under investigation from the Choking Chocolate incident from last month and various under-tested substances.

Another Killing
The body of a Gryffindor student was found in the woods of Godrics Hollow this morning, apparently dying from being choked and with a broken neck. The body has been recovered and taken away for investigation. Residents of Godric's Hollow are said to be shocked but not surprised.

Remembering Dumbledore
A statue of Dumbledore is being planned for either Hogwarts Entrance Hall or The Atrium at the Ministry in remembrance of him. It has been 3 years this summer since his death. A special edition of bags of Lemon Sherberts are being commissioned again this summer in Honeydukes - which were his favourite sweets - after the success of last year's sales.

	Private Chambers & Baths At the top end of the hallway with the Master chambers is Lucius's Suite. Around the corner are all the spare guest chambers and Draco's Chambers. 	Manor Dungeons, Cellar & Elf's Quarters Can all be found down a long dark stone stairway. If someone undesirable has sneaked into the manor then get them in the Malfoys' underground dungeon and leave them to fester until questioning and torture is over. England - Other Wizarding Locations
	Diagon Alley Wizards come from far and wide to shop here. Diagon Alley is invisible to Muggles and is accessible through The Leaky Cauldron in Charing Cross Road. All you could possibly need in one street! Also includes Haphazard Alley© & London Residences. 	Ministry of Magic The headquarters of the Ministry of Magic is located in the heart of London. The actual structure is all underground, although magical windows show whatever weather Magical Maintenance has chosen for the day. A visitor to the MoM comes to a broken-down red telephone box and must state their business.
